Credit System Guidelines

Welcome to Careerpathup AI! Here's everything you need to know about managing your credits:

1. Monthly Free Credits

• Each user receives 30 free credits at the start of every month.
• These credits can be used for accessing CareerPathUp AI, through chats/prompts.
• Expiration Policy: Free credits are valid only for 30 days and expire at the end of the month if unused.

2. Premium Credits

• Premium credits are additional credits that users can purchase at any time.
• No Expiry: Premium credits never expire and remain available for future use.
• Premium credits are always used after free credits are exhausted.

3. Credit Usage Policy

• Credits (free or premium) are deducted for each chat/prompts.
• When you perform an action requiring credits like chatting with CareerPathUp AI:
  • Free credits are deducted first (if available).
  • Once free credits are exhausted, premium credits are used.
• Monitor your credit balance to ensure uninterrupted service.

4. Renewal of Free Credits

• Your 30 free credits are automatically renewed at the start of every month.
• Free credits from the previous month will not roll over to the next month.

5. Purchasing Additional Credits

• Additional credits can be purchased anytime through our secure payment system from "Upgrade" tab.
• Premium credits offer flexibility and ensure that your access to features is never interrupted.

6. Checking Your Credit Balance

• You can check your remaining credits in the Credits Summary section of your dashboard.
• The chatbot clearly shows the count of credits.

7. Example Scenarios

• Scenario 1: You use 20 credits in the first week of the month. At the start of the second week:
  • 10 free credits remain for the month.
  • Premium credits remain untouched, if any pruchased.
  • If used all 30 credits within that month, you will need to purchase additional credits in order to use CareerPathUp AI.
• Scenario 2: You use all 30 free credits in a month. Any additional usage will automatically deduct from your premium credits.
• Scenario 3: At the end of the month, your free credits expire, but your premium credits remain available.
• Scenario 4: At the end of the month, your free credits expire, And on 1st of next month, you wil again get 30 credits.
